I read a post one time from Seth Godin that if you've got ideas, then you need to put them out there. He was the reason I started a blog three years ago. Then a few months ago, I read another post of his that said if you blog, then blog often; don't get hung up on perfect grammar and sentence structure. Just get your ideas out. That post was the push for me to start blogging more frequently and regularly.

Why do I blog now? I think the biggest reason is to help me articulate why I do the things I do. It is a discipline for me to put my thoughts in written form. I then learn through the conversation that happens through the comments and am able to refine my thoughts and communicate more effectively. Blogging is also a way of making myself accountable for all the things I talk about and do.

But now people actually read it so after Orange and really after Jesus talking to me a bit he let me know that I need to use it as a tool to teach others. It's my gift and it's what I need to start doing with my blog. So my why recently changed hahaha
