		<description>Thanks for the mention Gina. I am humbled and honoured.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I read a post one time from Seth Godin that if you&#039;ve got ideas, then you need to put them out there. He was the reason I started a blog three years ago. Then a few months ago, I read another post of his that said if you blog, then blog often; don&#039;t get hung up on perfect grammar and sentence structure. Just get your ideas out. That post was the push for me to start blogging more frequently and regularly.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Why do I blog now? I think the biggest reason is to help me articulate why I do the things I do. It is a discipline for me to put my thoughts in written form. I then learn through the conversation that happens through the comments and am able to refine my thoughts and communicate more effectively.
