Kyle and I spent a marathon 4 days redecorating the kids rooms while they stayed at grandparents. We grabbed every spare moment we had between work and other engagements. Worked furiously, staying up late every night to complete the job.
The boys room centered around a super-hero theme with a wall of framed comic books. Spiderman, Superman, X-men. Each one carefully hung. Great consideration went into where decorative items were placed throughout the room.
Keegan walked in. He was surprised! He loved it!
24-hours later, the room still looks the same.
Josie’s room is filled with her favorite colors… pink & purple. Decorative shelves were hung with care. Great thought went into the placement of dolls, pictures and other decorative pieces.
Josie walked in. She was surprised. She loved it!
Then she immediately walked over to the shelves and began rearranging.
I’m not ready for this.

That girl just puts a smile on my face. I know she drives you up the wall but I also know you are nuts about her. Just think of all of the stories you’ll have…

I did the redecorating with my 12 year old this summer. It was the bribe that kept him at summer camp the whole week!!…he’s not good at separation—and he made it, had a great time and loved the sports room!
