You’re right. Dysfunctions is a great book. Worth picking up again. Intrigued by the Blue’s clue’s and Three Signs recommendations. Scott, you got a copy I can borrow?

I agree with Sam, Five Dysfunctions is a great book. So is Lencioni’s new book, Three Signs of a Miserable Job: A Fable for Managers.

Just starting reading Holy Discontent by Hybels. Good read so far.
